Our client is a Vietnam-based technology company developing digital solutions that combine immersive 3D environments, artificial intelligence, and data analytics. Their platforms enable organizations to create interactive virtual experiences, automate user interactions, and leverage data-driven insights to improve operations and accelerate digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify improvement areas, and develop/implement solutions (current & future). Perform requirements analysis and verification to ensure requirements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and conform to standards. Gather critical information from stakeholder meetings and produce clear, useful reports. Document product vision and project scope. Document business requirements in detail (requirement specifications), including assumptions and caveats. Join peer reviews/inspections of requirements documents and derived work products to ensure correct interpretation. Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional teams and management. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other non-functional requirements. Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff. Allocate resources while maintaining cost efficiency. Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements. Monitor deliverables and ensure timely project completion. Act as the internal contact point for development whenever requirements need clarification. Establish and continuously improve requirements practices/processes; support requirements engineering policies, procedures, and tools. Take responsibility for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving process compliance for corresponding departments.

Requirements

Must-have Requirements Hands-on experience with AI projects 2–4 years of experience as Product Owner / BA in software product development. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and writing user stories. Strong analytical and documentation skills; high attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good English communication (written & verbal). Strong understanding of SDLC. Proficiency with documentation & collaboration tools (MS Office, Visio). Ownership mindset, proactive, able to work independently, and handle multiple priorities. Plus / Preferred Familiarity with enterprise/management systems. Jira/Confluence preferred.
