As a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth for our client’s digital transformation solutions, including: Corporate Assessment Solutions (Harrison Assessments) VR360 tour/VR/AR AI Solutions (face recognition, smart inventory, smart chat conversation) ERP
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract signing. Partner with the product team to tailor solutions to the specific needs of prospective clients. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities. Lead a sales team, providing mentorship and support to achieve collective sales targets. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions. Report directly to the Head
Requirements
Must-have skills & qualifications Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in technology or digital solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets. Proficient in English communication. Ability to build and execute go-to-market strategies and define ideal customer profiles (ICP). Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and long-term contract negotiation. Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines and performance. Comfortable working in dynamic startup environments with a high level of autonomy. Confident in engaging and negotiating with C-level stakeholders (CEO, CIO, COO). Nice-to-have (preferred) Experience with AI, data analytics, or 3D/VR virtual tour solutions. Experience working with FDI clients, especially in manufacturing, retail, or industrial real estate sectors.
