With a strong focus on service quality, smooth delivery, and long-term client partnerships, our client is expanding the account team to strengthen customer experience and project coordination.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Account Executive, you will be the key bridge between clients and internal technical teams, ensuring requirements are understood correctly and delivery is on time and on quality. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining clear and professional communication. Gather, clarify, and document client requirements related to technical products/services. Coordinate with internal teams (technical/product/development) to ensure solutions meet client expectations. Support preparation of proposals, quotations, and service plans. Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards. Provide regular project updates and reports; proactively raise risks and issues when needed. Assist in resolving client concerns and service/technical issues by working closely with relevant teams. Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients.
Requirements
Must-have Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields. At least 6 months of experience in Account Executive / Client Service / Business Development / Sales (or related roles). Strong interest in technology, software products, or digital services. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage tasks effectively. Problem-solving mindset, strong attention to detail. Able to work under pressure and handle multiple projects. English proficiency is required (both verbal and written). Nice-to-have (Willing) Prior experience working with technical teams, project coordination, or basic product/service delivery processes. Familiarity with CRM or project management tools (a plus; training will be provided).
