About

Our client is looking for an experienced Lead Mobile Developer with strong React Native expertise to join and lead mobile development within an international development team. This role is suitable for someone with solid hands-on experience in building high-quality mobile applications and leading a mobile development team. The position focuses on React Native mobile development and technical leadership, including team coordination, technical guidance, code review, mentoring, and delivery support.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the mobile development team to deliver high-quality iOS and Android applications. Build, enhance, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. Provide technical direction, task planning, code review, mentoring, and support for mobile developers. Collaborate with project managers, designers, backend engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features. Develop responsive, scalable, and maintainable mobile user interfaces. Integrate mobile applications with backend systems, APIs, authentication flows, and third-party services. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to ensure a smooth user experience. Build reusable code, shared components, and libraries to improve development efficiency and maintainability. Participate in requirement analysis, technical solution design, implementation, testing, and release activities. Apply AI tools in coding and code review activities to improve development efficiency and code quality

Requirements

Must have 4+ years of professional experience in React Native for cross-platform mobile application development. 1-2 years of experience in a mobile team lead role, including task coordination, code review, mentoring, and technical decision-making. Experience developing and maintaining applications for iOS and Android platforms. Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, component-based development, and application lifecycle. Solid understanding of mobile-backend integration, including REST API, JSON, authentication, and asynchronous data handling. Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance. Good understanding of modern UI development and responsive interface implementation. Proficiency with version control systems such as Git. Experience applying AI tools in coding and code review activities. Good problem-solving mindset, strong ownership, and ability to guide team members. Fluent English communication skills, especially in technical discussions with international teams. Nice to have Familiarity with native iOS development using Swift or native Android development using Kotlin is a plus. Experience publishing applications on the App Store or Google Play is an advantage. Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile application development. Familiarity with SOAP, Web Services, or Microsoft Azure is preferred. Good understanding of UI/UX design principles to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces. Experience building reusable libraries, shared components, or SDKs is a plus.
