Job Description:

  • Develop and implement detailed sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Provide expert consultation on the company’s products and IT services.
  • Generate, manage, and convert sales leads into successful contracts.
  • Negotiate and close business agreements effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Production, Legal, Accounting) to handle quotations, delivery management, payments, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Support additional tasks such as welcoming clients and preparing for IT-related events.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in IT Sales, preferably with experience in leading a sales team.
  • Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0+).

  • Skills:
    • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and training abilities.
    • Strong business acumen and customer service orientation.
  • Personality: Confident, decisive, proactive, enthusiastic, and highly accountable.
