Job Description:
- Develop and implement detailed sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Provide expert consultation on the company’s products and IT services.
- Generate, manage, and convert sales leads into successful contracts.
- Negotiate and close business agreements effectively.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Production, Legal, Accounting) to handle quotations, delivery management, payments, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Support additional tasks such as welcoming clients and preparing for IT-related events.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years in IT Sales, preferably with experience in leading a sales team.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0+).

- Skills:
